Pasta with chicken and mushrooms,&bathrooms;s
The pasta is a dish sensational to allow ourselves to be in the kitchen and be creative or take advantage of the ingredients that we have. We bring you a tasty recipe and easy to prepare.
Most people don't have the fridge full of food, but that we have few, and those, are the ones that we can make different recipes each day (even if they are the same ingredients) and have a varied diet, healthy and tasty.
As you can see, the recipe that today I bring to you there is no mystery but the taste of the mixture of these ingredients so basic, it makes a pasta dish for anyone to become an absolute delight.
- 1 onion
- 1/2 leek
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chicken Breast
- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 1 small cup (coffee) of white wine for cooking
- Olive oil
- Ground pepper
- Fresh basil leaves
While we put the pasta to boil in plenty of water with salt (optional to throw a few bay leaves) for about 20 minutes or, look at the directions that comes on the pasta, we will prepare the accompaniment.
In a frying pan with a splash of oil, toss the onion and the leek washed and chopped tiny. When you see that it starts to pocharse, add the garlic, also cut into very small pieces.
Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and láminalos. Add them to the pan, and let it go by while we prepare the chicken breast.
Clean the chicken breast and trocéala, that are not pieces exceivamente thick or big so that you can make easily. Salpimientas and add to the pan. First, let it brown a little, and after, riégalo with the white wine stew.
When you have everything, you can skip the pasta with the chicken or place servings of pasta on each plate and sprinkle over the top the chicken with the mushrooms along with the sauce, place a few leaves of fresh basil and enjoy the taste.
