Golden to the oven
A way to prepare the fish in a simple, healthy and so tasty that it is addictive.
The fish in the oven is an absolute delight and the truth is that the golden has an excellent flavor that combines wonderfully with the lemon and the contrast with the sweetness of the onion.

- A gold/person
- 1 large onion
- A lemon
- Olive oil
- White wine
- juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of Turmeric
- A half pill of fish broth
- Two cloves of garlic
Put the oven to preheat to a temperature of 200º. In a baking tray (we used a large Pyrex to be able to make all the gold at once), throws a jet of oil at the bottom, you need not be much since we'll extend it with the potato slices.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Place them in the bottom of the pan, take a little bit of salt over and place them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, clean the onion and cut into rings. Scoop out the potatoes from the oven and place the onion on top with another pinch of salt, again to put it in the oven.
Wash a lemon and make it slices.
With the gold already clean, by the opening to the side place a slice of lemon and another of onion in each one of them. Take out the tray and place on top of bed of potatoes and onions, stick it in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
When you have about 10 minutes to be done prepare the sauce. Put a frying pan with a splash of oil, add the garlic, chopped very tiny so that they brown. Then, you add the squirt of white wine, the pill of fish broth (stir it from unraveling) and a little turmeric for color. There are people who will take a little bit of water to increase the sauce. Let it reduce and pour over the fish.
After this time, when you are done you just place a bed of potatoes and onions with a golden.
By the way, the lemon did not throw, when you have cleaned the fish to eat it, spread the lemon slice on top that adds a touch of terrific.
