Elvers with garlic and prawns
Today we present one of the dishes that can become a delicious dinner or a first course. The eel sauce you can prepare them quickly and without the need of being a great chef in the kitchen, with a little love you will come out delicious.
There are many ways to prepare the eel, in previous articles we have seen how it can prepare, we made elvers with garlic and mushrooms, and today we prepare without them, for those times when you fancy something in a short time.
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 or 2 chillies depending on the size (more if you like it very spicy)
- 3 - 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 250 grams of eel
- 150 grams of prawns
Put a frying pan with plenty of oil, spades the garlic cloves into thin slices but visible, so that diners can remove it if you don't like, and add the chilli.
Once browned garlic, different to that are burned, is the time to take the eel and the shrimp, in about 8 minutes you will have everything prepared.
A delicious dish that you can enjoy in family. You can present it as in the pictures or in some delicious toast.
