Chicken breast in orange sauce

- 1 onion
- Juice of one orange
- Olive oil
- Ground pepper
The first thing we do is season the chicken and pass it through flour. Place a frying pan on the fire with a little olive oil and when hot, fry a little, just enough to brown. Remove it and reserve.
