Burgers of lamb in the style asiático
We all love the burgers and homemade are the most adored by the children. Easy, combinable with everything, and delicious lunches or dinners, entrees or main dishes, the burgers are always present. Therefore, in this opportunity we will tell you how to prepare burgers of lamb with a touch that will remind us to Asia.
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 25 gr of fresh ginger chopped
- Fresh coriander chopped
- 1 hot red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 500 gr of lamb meat, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 ramillo of green onions
- 200 gr of pak choi (a vegetable asian similar to swiss chard)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar light
- The zest of 2 limes finely chopped, plus 4 tablespoons of the juice
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 50 grams of peanuts, roasted
Mix the garlic with the ginger, the coriander, the pepper, the meat and a little salt and process until smooth. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Work each bun with the hand and give it the shape of a burger.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry each side of the burgers. Transfer to the preheated oven to 200 degrees and cook uncovered for 25 minutes until the burgers are well-cooked.
In the meantime peel the cucumber and cut in halves. Take out the seeds and discard. Cut in thin slices diagonal.
Make slices diagonals also with the green onions. Chop the pak choi, separating the white parts from the green.
With a metal spoon to clean the pan leaving only about 2 tablespoons of the fat from the burgers. Put all the vegetables except the green parts of the pak choi, arranging them around the meat and toast them slowly in the frying pan. Put back in the oven for another 5 minutes without covering.
Mix the sugar, the zest and the juice of the limes and the fish sauce. Put the green parts of the pak choi in the pan and the peanuts. Cover with half of the dressing. Mix the ingredients of the salad tostándolos slowly. Transfer the lamb and the salad to serving plates and cover with the remaining dressing.
